What better way to enjoy a Summer's day than to relax with a pint and great food? This year's Brum Vegan Beer Festival is on track to provide a great choice of vegan beers and food .. So go along and enjoy the vittels
Last year Two Towers Brewery hosted the ‘Brum Vegan Beer Fest’ and nineteen (mainly local) beers were available to try. On offer were five of Two Towers Brewery most popular beers; Chamberlain Pale Ale, Complete Muppetry, Electric Ale, Hockley Gold and Smith & Pepper. Some of the beers available from other local breweries last year included ‘Meat is Murder’ from Rock 'n' Roll Brewery, ‘Ginger Stout’ from Angel Ales, ‘Duck Blonde’ from Green Duck Brewing Co, ‘Carbon Black IPA’ from Fixed Wheel Brewery, ‘Gold Work’ from Beowulf Brewing Company and ‘Inspired Pale Ale’ from Twisted Barrel Brewery.
This year the Birmingham Vegan Beer and Food Festival will be returning on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th July but this time at the Gunmakers Arms (Bath Street).
The festival will once again bring a range of locally-brewed vegan-friendly beers for visitors to try. There will be a selection of Two Towers Brewery beers
alongside beers selected from the members of the Mercian Alliance of Brewers.
To soak up some of the booze, festival goers will be able to enjoy food from award winning vegan caterers Change Kitchen and Vegan Grindhouse.
